I designed and handknit this as a one of a kind exotic garment in Mooi a very luxurious lace yarn of Bison, Cashmere and Bamboo. There is currently no pattern for it in existence although I may write it up some day so you can knit it yourself with some of our handspun yarns.
Luxury Hand knit capelette or shawl which can be worn in many different ways including over the shoulders as a shawl or wrap or even wrapped around the waist as a skirt.
Size:
Measures at least 80 inches wide at the bottom gathering to 36 inches at top. The ties are each 11 inches.
Depth is 18 inches including the fringe.
Weighs just over 4 ounce or 120 grams.

Description
You won’t believe the feel and drape of this little wrap and the softness is heavenly. The yarn has since been discontinued and I believe it was just too expensive at $51.00 per 50 g skein.
Although it would certainly cost much more to have this custom made I have priced this wrap at only a little more than the cost of the yarn – for this you get an original One-of-a-kind design as well as the hand knitting. You see, I got the pleasure out of doing exactly as I pleased while creating it 🙂

MOOI LACE YARN: 15% Bison/ 15% Cashmere/ 70% Rayon from Bamboo
Mooi (pronounced moy) is a unique blend of fibers that combines rayon made from bamboo fiber with the luxury of natural bison and cashmere. The rayon is dyed, while the cashmere and bison content remain natural, producing a stunning and vibrant visual effect. The fibers are blended prior to spinning.
Care:
Hand wash with a mild soap like SOAK and lay flat to dry. Do not wring.
You will receive a handmade tag attached to your gift with all of the details regarding the fibers and how it was made as well as full care instructions.
